Our client is one of the leading CFD and financial spread betting brokers across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.

Position

• development and implementation of the Premium Client Management strategy in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• manage the client management team
• provide continuous coaching, guidance and development to the client management team
• provide day to day management, including management of individual and team performance to achieve outcomes
• implement company KPI's at an individual and team level, working with individualists/team to ensure goals are achieved
• report on a regular basis to the Board/CEO- comply with all regulatory requirements, including all money laundering, Legal and Compliance requirements within the country of responsibility
• develop new business relationships, attract new retail customers and identify opportunities and present solutions that are on target for customers and encourages them to take action

Profil

• a proven track record in either trading, dealing or sales
• excellent understanding of the Retail Derivatives market and Financial Services
• excellent understanding of management accounts
• strong communication skills both written and verbal skills for dealing with Press and Presenting at Public Events
• the desire to work within an effective team to create and build a successful business
• a minimum of three years relevant experience in the financial services industry
• fluent German and English speaker
