Our client is the subsidiary of a multinational corporate specialized on consulting in the financial services sector. Being very successful in the Dutch and Dutch related markets as well as Singapore, it starts its consulting business in Frankfurt, Germany.

It is a strategy translation consulting firm, assisting key players in the banking, insurance and asset management industry. Since the start in 2003, it has successfully guided financial institutions through the process of change.

The in-depth knowledge and sound understanding of strategy, product, and operational processes of our client''s consultants enables the optimization of their clients'' business.

With extensive experience and solid process, technology and regulatory knowledge, our client translates strategic issues and concepts into a practical implementation approach, and ensures results being firmly embedded.

Position

• New business development (internal/external)
• Recalibrate our existing consulting process to the local Frankfurt market
• Marketing strategy & execution
• Product / Services recalibration & execution
• Recruiting of new colleagues
• Culture & Team building events
• Synergy development with our offices in Amsterdam and Singapore
• High quality Advisory services
• Translating strategy into a concrete solution, which we implement together with the client

Profil

• Strong open character; ability to create durable relationships fast
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• 8 - 12 years proven experience in Financial Services
• A proven track record in delivering change projects within financial services
• Understanding and representing of Double Effect with clients and acting as a trusted partner
• A good understanding of the regulations affecting Financial Services today
• A strong business network in Frankfurt am Main
• Pragmatic and true entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong academic background
• Team player and fun to work with!
• Required: move/live in Frankfurt am Main
