Country Manager

The organisation

Our client is a European family-owned company. For the German branch of our client we are looking for a Country Manager.

The position

• Direct, align and lead the German organisation
• Execute both the long and short-term business strategy
• Drive and be responsible for German region sales force and volumes
• Full P&L responsibility
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and authorities
• Drive systematic weekly & monthly performance and pipeline reviews and quarterly full sales review in Germany

Candidate profile

• More than 10 years relevant experience in security sector/technical services
• Multi-year experience in a Country Manager role
• Relevant commercial experience, with proven track record in business development and successfully structuring multiple businesses
• Proven track record in executing a corporate strategy
• Working experience in corporate environments and in mid-size companies
• Extensive experience with budgeting and financial planning
• Natural networker and relationship builder with excellent communication skills on board level
• Strong leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to build rapport with a diversity of people on different management levels
• Mature, authentic, dynamic and self-motivated individual
