This position presents an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company.
 

The position:

A Farm Manager is required to be responsible for the day to day management of 10,000 ha. Currently the company grows e.g. corn, green peas, sugar beet. The Farm Manager leads investment projects and deals with all external parties e.g. local government.
A thorough knowledge of arable crop husbandry, labour and machinery management are essential. The position would suit candidates with 5-10 years of progressive managerial experience , who can combine good communication with a patient approach towards local staff.
This position presents an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with total attention to detail expected as standard. The successful applicant will be based in Russia.
 

Profile:

• Bachelor degree, preferable in Agronomy, Biology or Horticulture;
• Excellent people management skills;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate on all levels within the organization;
• Fluent in English, preferably Russian.
