Job description

Due to the expansion of the company we are searching for an experienced QA Manager. As a member of the Quality Management team you are responsible for establishing the QA system and procedures within given Quality framework to support the business growth the company, and to streamline the operation and procedures within the company. The main focus of the QA Manager will be the European suppliers. 

In this function you are based in the Netherlands and report directly to our Head of Quality. Frequent travel in Europe is required in this position.

Candidate profile

• University or Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent education
• Minimum of 8 years experience within a manufacturing or retailing environment
• Experience with international quality standards and legislation issues
• Practical knowledge of production and product testing
• Very good understanding of standard office software (MS Office)
• Fluent in English - verbally and written
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills, able to anticipate
• Pro-active / entrepreneurial
• Hands-on mentality
• Team player
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Well organized & detailed minded
