Position

The company's compelling business model has resulted in becoming one of Europe's fastest growing direct marketing organizations. In line with the company's rapid expansion, the company has created a senior role for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis reporting directly to the Group CFO. This experience has already been developed within a world class multinational business, ideally in the consumer goods sector.

Profil

• at least 10 years of work experience within Finance with rapid and substantial expansion of Financial Planning & Analysis responsibilities
• ideally FMCG, Retail, Telecommunications or Management Consulting background
• Qualified Accountant and/ or MBA
• exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
• exceptional coaching and team leading skills
• hands-on approach
• fluent English, Slowenian not mandatory
