Position
Key Job responsibilities:
- Standardization of quality and technology within the entire group resulting in consistent control of the system and generate simplicity of the processes.
- Evaluating of all product- and process data from the production- and utility section to ensure that all quality standards and best practices are applied.
- Combine the analytical data with the processes to increase the product-safety in production and filling department.
- Organise quality improvement activities to ensure the establishment of the Efes Quality System.
- Implement new guidelines for production as a result of the new raw-material-analysis data.
- Standardise the individual laboratories and make them comparable.
- Further development in specifications for raw-, half- and finished products to ensure that all Efes plants are aligned with the quality standards.
- Research and development for new products/packages.
- Training for quality- and production people.
- Observe the hygienic- and working safety rules in the laboratory.
- Keep the quality-control to all Licensee partners.
- Planning and contributing systematic Quality- & Technology- audits in operations, providing feedback for improvements.
- Conduct supplier audits to sustain and improve incoming material-quality.
Others:
- Troubleshooting in emergency situations; identify the root cause and facilitate the action-plan(s).
- Optimizing the cogs in terms of raw- material mix/usage within defined quality standards.
- Support Due Diligence visits in terms of technical equipment.
Profil
Position Requirement:
- Degree in Food technology, process engineering or equivalent, ideally in Brewing Technology. (preferable: a practical apprenticeship in brewing and malting)
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of the brewing technology, quality assurance and raw-materials.
- Training and knowledge in sensory analytics.
- Knowledge in working and safety rules.
- Basic knowledge in training instructions, pedagogical and personnel management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- At least 8 years'' experience in the beer industry.
- Ability to work in a team with good communication skills
