We are looking for a 

Business Development Manager

Candidates will be responsible for Telecom Outsourcing Deals in Germany.

Our client is a leading provider of IT solutions and services in the Telecom Outsourcing industry serving more than 500 clients worldwide, including over 100 Fortune/Global 500 companies. With an annual revenue of more than 1 billion USD and staff strength of 25.000+, our client is ranked among the largest offshore vendors in the world.

The Job Role

  • Hunter Role and ability to open doors in new accounts
  • Achieving Revenue and Gross Margin targets
  • Creating a strategy framework for the company’s activities in Germany/Netherlands/Switzerland/Austria
  • Establishing the brand name in the select accounts namely Ziggo, Sunrise Switzerland, Swisscom, Telecom Austria, Unity Media etc.
  • Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – including lead generation to closure, legal and contract discussions, SLA management etc.
  • Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects
  • Build a personal sales pipeline/funnel to set up for long term success

Candidate profile

The most critical specific requirements in the candidate profile are:

  • Significant experience in Solution Sales in the IT Offshoring and outsourcing market
  • Proven sales skills, excellent communicator, with drive and ambition, result focused approach
  • Business Development experience of at least 6 - 10 years in the technology industry of which a minimum two years should have been in a similar domain and in the relevant geography
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are pre-requisites

Furthermore, we are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a sound knowledge of the sales process
  • Have services sales experience in Netherlands/Germany/Switzerland
  • Possess Knowledge of the IT Services Sector including experience in selling Outsourcing and Offshoring
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the relevant domain
  • Are able to work with teams spread across continents

Salary conditions

€110.000 - €160.000 OTE.
