Our client is an international, market leading plastic and fiber manufacturer. Their clients are broadly spread within the the consumer, medical and industrial branches. They offer global presence with a strong focus on the American, European and Asian markets. To strengthen and expand their market position in Germany, located close to Hamburg, we are seeking after a Regional Sales Manager (m/w).

Position

• Identification and oversight of appropriate distributors within the region
• Implementation of Business Development and transferring of distributors for ongoing management 
• Tracking of sales growth progress, market trends and competitor activities
• Representation of the company at trade shows 
• Maintain knowledge of all accounts to report on growth rate, revenue etc

Profil

• BA degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least couple of years of sales experience within clean room consumables or related products
• Sales professional with demonstrated success 
• Commercial experiences with developing and managing a network of regional distributors
• Business fluent in English and another European language
• Willing of business travel (appr. 50%) nationally and internationally
