Our client is a well-known international corporate and investment bank that is looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m/f) with the focus on Securities Services from 14th August 2014. The successful candidate will work with large and medium-sized international companies, financial institutions, institutional investors and other customers.

Position

• Focusing on the sale of DMS products and services to relevant clients that do not have a contractual agreement with the bank in order to increase profitable revenues
• Creation of a detailed list of potential future clients and business partners
• Cooperation with Relationship Managers and other sales people in Germany, Austria and Switzerland among others
• Working with other Securities Services and colleagues in order to develop and improve the call strategy for various sectors within the bank (Financial Institutions, Corporate Finance, etc.)
• Follow up on business meetings and client networking (an existing network is of advantage)
• Establishment of sales targets, performance documentation and reporting to the Head of Sales Europe
• Participation in the continuous improvement of sales and marketing materials
• Monitoring the proposed budgets in relation to diverse client related activities (product forums, client entertainment, etc.)
• In time, provide guidance to Junior team members within the bank

Profil

• Educated to degree and/or appropriate professional qualification level
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Good communication and team skills are essential
• Fluent in German and English
• A profound understanding of capital markets
• A solid client orientation
