As part of this role, you will also be expected to visit our headquarters in Drachten, Netherlands, on a regular basis. These visits are integral to maintaining close collaboration with our dynamic team and staying aligned with Elfsquad’s strategic goals. During your time in Drachten, you will participate in high-level strategy meetings, contribute to cross-functional projects, and engage directly with the leadership team to ensure seamless execution of our ambitious growth plans. 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Client engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients, nurture leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Relationship management: Develop and maintain robust client relationships, guiding them through Elfsquad’s proven sales process.
  • Sales process management: Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and ensure accurate and timely handling of quotations and data entry.
  • Market presence: Attend exhibitions and visit potential customers in the DACH region to showcase Elfsquad’s solutions.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to address challenges proactively and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Strategic input: Provide valuable insights to help shape our commercial and marketing strategies.

Candidate profile

  • Language skills: Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role with a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales (ERP or CPQ).
  • Technical aptitude: Ability to understand complex technologies and effectively communicate their value proposition.
  • Market awareness: Ability to create new insights for customers and identify market opportunities.
  • Personal attributes: Social, organized, team-oriented, and proactive.
  • Additional skills: Experience with Microsoft Business Central and start-up environments is a plus.
