Tax Lawyer (Wealth Management)

For our client a, trust firm in Miami we are looking for a Tax Lawyer, Wealth Management.

The position

Wealth Structuring
The International Wealth Management, the team helps prospective relationships to fulfill their asset distribution, enhancement, and protection needs and objectives in this regard, structures legal and compliant solutions involving asset-holding vehicles such as Private Trusts, Foundations, Insurance, Private Funds, and Private Investment Companies. The role is also expected to facilitate the integration of legal and governance oversight that takes into account decision making, family values, dispute resolution, and the allocation and management of assets.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Client servicing including: Incorporation of companies, coordination of day-to-day Clientcompany operations, preparation of accounts, reports, shareholder and board meetings alongside other members of your team
• New Business Development
• Monitor corporate accounting and compliance matters related to client servicing
• Develop a thorough product knowledge and general knowledge of the business, and a thorough understanding of clientstructures
• Be the main contactperson for clients and their advisers
• Coordinate issues concerning taxes, administration and banking of client

Candidate profile

• Tax Law, Corporate Law at University Level
• A good command of English& Spanish: any other language would be an asset.
• Spanish tax speaking lawyer, with practical experience of the Latam wealth planning market and also a reasonable comprehension of US tax .
• Good presentation and commercial sense, client oriented and entrepreneurship minded
• You are able to solve problems, have a pro-active approach , work independently able to meet deadlines.

Please note that the role is in Miami, United States and will be performed there.
