Job description:

The VP International Operations is part of the Executive Board of Directors and will report to the CEO. The VP will be responsible for all Sales and Services activities beyond the Dutch home market, meaning revenue and P&L responsibility.

The main tasks are:

• Management all sales activities beyond the Netherlands. Achieve company growth targets in international markets. Expand installed base of satisfied customers in target markets
• Management of services beyond the Netherlands. Consultancy, implementation, training and IT services. Achieve qualitative and financial targets for revenue and P&L.
• Improvement of operational excellence in these areas by introducing new processes and standards.
• Implement and improve the partner strategy, enhancing the footprint worldwide.
• Improve the customer relations and customer satisfaction overall and personally with our main international customers.

Your profile:

• Proven management skills. Success in achieving operational excellence. Process sensitive, eye for detail and continued improvements. Strong organizational and analytical skills. 
• An entrepreneurial attitude
• Background in managing international sales and/or services organizations. Preferably in a software company.
• A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience as a manager in the Business Business markets at a strategic / management level.
• Excellent international communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiator and representative.
• Living in the Netherlands with an international background.
• Prepared to travel frequently.
• A People manager capable of empowering the organization globally.
• BA/BS degree, MBA is a plus.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
• Winner’s mentality. 
• Informal, hands on approach.
• Team player

Terms of employment:

 € 180.000 - € 220.000 OTE
