Our client is a global organization with 2,500 employees. This is a confidential search. 

The position

It concerns a full-time position in a non-managerial role.

Tasks & responsibilities

In this position you are responsible for overseeing HR Business Partner activities for the Netherlands, supporting a workforce of 250 colleagues, and for the United Kingdom, supporting 70 colleagues.

Candidate profile

• You are a native English speaker or have excellent proficiency in the English language, have recently worked in a UK office (familiar with the culture), and are knowledgeable about UK laws and regulations.
• At least 10 years of experience in an HR position in the Netherlands.

The offer

Salary: € 100.000 - 120.000 fixed, excluding a 20% variable bonus.
